The house is located in a privileged area “Gargasindi” as it is only 1.2 km from the sandy beach then the supermarket and center of Calpe is 1 km away.

On the main floor:
- Living / dining room (with TV).
- Independent and equipped kitchen (with Fridge - Freezer, Oven, Microwave oven, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Fryer, Toaster, Blender).
- 2 double bedrooms (with 2 single beds in each).

Lower floor (with access - exterior staircase only):
