The accommodation
La Casa de Paz is a semi-detached house with a garden and terrace, located on Calle Murillo in Oliva Nova, Urba. Malibu Beach II. Two floors with 92 m2. Year of construction 2006. CAPACITY 4 PEOPLE. Pets not allowed.
Ground floor: garden with terrace and awning, living room with TV and dining area, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker), laundry room, bedroom with two beds and full bathroom with shower.
First floor: bedroom with double bed, full bathroom with bathtub and large terrace with awning.
Hot/cold air conditioning. Electric blinds, double glazing and mosquito nets, stoneware floors and PVC carpentry, and wardrobes in the bedrooms.
The house has outdoor parking. Swimming pool for adults and children, and gardens. The development is fenced around its entire perimeter.

The house is located in the exclusive Oliva Nova residential area, surrounded by a stunning landscape of beaches, mountains, orange groves, and the blue of the sea. It is situated 6 km from the town of Oliva, 15 km from Gandía, and 20 km from Denia. It is perfectly connected via the AP7 motorway, the AVE high-speed train in Valencia (approximately 45 minutes away), and the airports of Alicante and Valencia.
An idyllic and unique place on the Mediterranean Coast, which has successfully combined tourist and urban development with the preservation of the coastline.
