NB: this simple comfort villa is more suitable for groups of young people who have no particular requirements and not for families.

On the upper part - main entrance (with exterior access only):
- Living room (with TV, CD-radio player, free wifi Internet connection) and a spacious balcony.
- Equipped kitchen (with 4-burner stove - microwave - fridge - freezer - dishwasher - washing machine).
- 1 double bedroom (with a double bed).
- 1 single bedroom (with 1 single bed).
- 1 shower room (with WC).

On the lower part (with exterior access only):
- 1 triple bedroom (with 3 single beds).
- 1 double bedroom (with 1 double bed).
- 1 shower room adjoining the 2 bedrooms (with WC).
- Small simple kitchen (also used as passage from one bedroom to another).
- Terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

Outside :
- Terrace with barbecue.
- Private swimming pool of approximately 36 m².
- No parking.
