This cozy apartment located in Chipiona welcomes 4 guests.The terrace, located on a higher floor than the apartment, is ideal to enjoy the southern sun and relax while sunbathing. In it you will find, in addition, a table that is perfect to eat or have a drink with your companions. Please note that, being located in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.

The bright interior of the single-storey apartment is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living room is equipped with AC and Smart TV. The kitchen is independent and has ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms, both with AC and radiators. One has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. A bathroom with shower serves the apartment. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.

The accommodation is located in Chipiona, a fishing town where you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay, as well as numerous establishments and entertainment venues. We recommend you to visit the lighthouse of Chipiona, imposing for its great height, the Sanctuary of Regla, located by the sea or the Castle of Chipiona. You cannot leave the place without having enjoyed a dip in the Playa de Regla, the beach of reference in Chipiona and the closest to your flat. It is characterised by the fineness of its sand, its shallow depth and its calm waves. We also recommend Las Tres Piedras Beach, which has direct access to the beach. It is also perfect to spend part of the day and then come and enjoy the local gastronomy, in the nearby Paseo Marítimo Costa de la Luz, where you will find the best bars in town.
