The accommodation

Two bedroom triplex penthouse with stunning views of the renowned Vilamoura marina. The sleeping area is located on the first floor, where the two bedrooms are located. One of the bedrooms has two queen beds and a private bathroom. The other bedroom has two queen beds. Both bedrooms have access to a shared balcony, overlooking the marina, to start the day enjoying this fantastic view. This floor also has a shared bathroom.
The common areas are upstairs and include the living room and dining area, both open and with access to a peaceful terrace facing the pool and gardens of the condominium, with a table and chairs for six people. On this floor is also the kitchen, fully equipped.
On the kitchen side there is access to a fantastic terrace facing the marina, with an outdoor dining area that comfortably seats six people. This terrace is ideal for enjoying your homemade meals or simply having fun with your friends while enjoying the breathtaking view.
The terrace has a flight of stairs that give access to another terrace on the top floor, with the same wonderful view, equipped with a barbecue and sun loungers.

Check Out Rules:
- Check out until 10:00 am = Free
- Check out between 10:00 and 13:00 = 35% of the daily rate paid (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
- Check out between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm = 50% of the daily rate paid (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
- Check out between 16:00 and 20:00 = 75% of the daily rate paid (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)

Setting

Leasing this property gives complete and private access to the apartment.

The apartment benefits from a kitchen equipped with the basic utensils relevant to your stay, washing machine, dishwasher, combined fridge (with freezer). Water heating method (thermocomulator).

We provide bed linen, bath and face towels (1 per guest) - stays of 7 days benefit from a mid-week cleaning that includes change of bed linen and bath and face towels (1 per guest) *this cleaning must be scheduled in advance*

*Any extra cleaning service for stays of less than 7 days must be requested and subject to availability and additional cost. Contact one of our collaborators to organize it.

Vilamoura is a modern and sophisticated holiday destination that is situated on one of the finest beaches of central Algarve.
For beaches, Vilamoura cannot be beaten. There is the stunning Praia da Falésia with its 5km of pristine golden sands, while the pretty Praia de Vilamoura beach leads to the fishing harbour in Quarteira. The region surrounding Vilamoura is culturally rich and can be discovered with day trips to the historic city of Faro or the market town of Loule.
