DISTRIBUTION

This holiday home in Teulada is distributed over 3 floors connected by an internal staircase.
The first floor has a large living-dining room which consists of several convivial areas and a large fully equipped kitchen.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms with single beds and 3 bathrooms.
The third floor also has 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, 1 bathroom and a beautiful open terrace.
The accommodation is equipped with wifi and television.

OUTSIDE

Casa Soleada has a large terrace with fabulous panoramic views of the mountains. To make the most of the outdoor space, the terrace is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with appliances and a living-dining room.
The house is located in the oldest part of Teulada and its remarkable monuments, such as the Palace of Justice, the chapel of the Divina Pastora, the church-fortress of Santa Catalina Mártir.

Activities and attractions

Teulada is a town steeped in history. Its old town was once surrounded by walls. Today, the Gothic fortress-church of Santa Catalina, designed to protect the inhabitants from barbarian pirates, still stands.
The most touristic area of Teulada is on the coast, in the town of Moraira, famous for its kilometres of beautiful beaches and fine sandy coves, such as Platgetes, El Portet or L'Ampolla.
Its port, as well as the beautiful surrounding coastline, is the ideal setting for sports such as diving, snorkelling, swimming and snorkelling.
