The accommodation

Ground floor apartment in the heart of the La Carihuela promenade with everything around and the beach next to the building. This apartment does not have a terrace. It has a full bathroom and a small kitchen with everything you need. It has a communal terrace for seasonal use. You can park in the surrounding streets or in the paid public parking lots near the apartment.

- It is forbidden to hold parties of any kind and accommodate unregistered people.
- Visitors are not allowed in the apartments.
- Do not stay on the terraces after 11 pm.
- Repeat the hours of rest from 15 to 16 h and from 23 to 10 h.
- Entry with codes, it is mandatory to complete the entry registration of all the people who are going to stay before receiving the codes.
- There is no reception and there is no daily cleaning service.
-No type of pet is allowed.
