The accommodation
BEAUTIFUL VILLA FOR RENT IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, for maximum 10 people.
LAY OUT: This charming villa has 354 m2, distributed in 2 floors communicated by an outside staircase. On the main floor there are three bedrooms with air conditioning, two of them with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also an additional bathroom with shower. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, it has been renovated. The living room is spacious, with a line of Castilian furniture and great lighting. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, both with double beds and air conditioning. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with shower and bathtub. The upper floor has an open space where we will find the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. This space allows us to use the entire upper floor and share excellent moments with our family and friends. We will also have access to the outside terrace.
EXTERIOR: The villa has 804 m2 of plot, there is a hinged door at the entrance that gives access to the open parking area with space to park several vehicles. Most part of the plot stands out for its wonderful palm trees, diversity of plants and its artificial grass. The pool is in front of the villa, with a circular in shape and with large spaces around it with hammocks to enjoy the wonderful sunny days of the area. Next to the pool there is also a sofa and outdoor armchairs, the outdoor table is located on the covered terrace facing the pool and next to the barbecue area.
LOCATION: The villa is located in the well known area of La Fustera in Benissa Costa, a very quiet area and only 190 meters from the sea. Nearby is the bay of La Fustera, a bay of fine sand with a magnificent restaurant. Within a radius of 1.5 kilometers are beautiful beaches of fine sand as well as the fabulous Sports Club of Les Basetes, where you can enjoy various water activities.
