VILLA IN CALPE, FIRST LINE, WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, for up to 10 people.

LAY OUT: that beautiful villa is decorated in a mediterranean style with a classical touch, comfortable and fresh. The villa is laid out on two floors connected by an internal staircase. At the first floor, the entrance level, we have four bedrooms (two with with double beds and the two others with single beds), three bathrooms (two with bath and the third one with shower en suite) and a toilet. Independant kitchen and a large living-dining room opening on a covered terrace. At the lower floor, at the swimming pool level, there is a large bedroom with single beds and a bathroom en suite with bath.

EXTERIOR: The living area is about 220m2 on a plot of 1.800m2 with a large entrance inviting you to spend a typical mediterranean holiday. You will enjoy the pleasant swimming pool area and the well looked after garden with typical mediterranean plants. There is a brand new gas BBQ. Large covered terrace to have the meals watching the sea. We have enough space on the plot to park ours cars.

SITUATION: the property is located in a perfect place, one step to the sandy beach where you will enjoy sunbathing and, on the other side, to a small harbour Puerto Blanco where you can practice any water sports (diving, sailing, windsurf, water skiing...). There is a very appreciate international restaurant and a chill out where you will enjoy a delicious cocktail. The villa is at only 5 minutes from the Calpe centre and all the shops.
