is a beautiful holiday apartment with terrace, communal pool and just 150 meters from Bastian beach. The apartment of 77m2 fully equipped, has all rooms distributed on the same level, accommodating up to 4 people. It has an open space with living room with Smart TV and fiber wifi and a large fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and electric juicer, fridge, freezer and a complete kitchenware. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds and a spacious bathroom with shower. The living room has access to the fantastic terrace with a dining area, hammocks and garden views, ideal for lounging in the sun or dining under the stars. The complex surrounded by gardens consists of communal and heated swimming pools ( in winter) for adults and children, solarium area with sun loungers and outdoor shower. Free parking is available in the streets surrounding the building. The property is ideally located just a short walk from the Avenue and Bastian Beach and a few meters from all amenities such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants. ** Heated pool only in the winter months.
