The accommodation

Very cozy home in Navarredonda de Gredos. The town is located in the heart of the Sierra de Gredos Regional Park (Ávila), in a place surrounded by pastures and vegetation at the foot of the mountains. A cozy rustic-style apartment, decorated with wooden beams and top quality furniture. Very calm. Ideal for families and/or to telework.

Navarredonda de Gredos is a peaceful and pleasant town, it has all the basic services (health centre, pharmacy, supermarket, butcher shop, bars and restaurants, ATMs, etc.).

The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a sofa bed for two people in the living room. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are fully equipped with bedding and towel sets for each guest. The bathroom is also fully equipped (including hair dryer, shampoo and gel in individual bottles, etc.).

The kitchen joins a spacious living room through a wooden bar. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary kitchenware (ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, mixer, juicer, kitchenware, crockery, cutlery, etc., etc.). It also has a washing machine and a patio to hang out.

The living room has a large balcony that makes it very bright and allows you to enjoy the views of the Sierra de Gredos. It has HD TV and is equipped with a 300Mbps symmetrical fiber internet connection and Wi-Fi network.

The house has all the necessary equipment for a most comfortable stay. It was built with the best materials and good thermal insulation. For the winter the heating is gas, air conditioning is not necessary in the area for the summer.

The house is located at the entrance of the town, the portal is between the Domingo Arrabé Saddlery and the Caja Rural de Salamanca branch.

You can smoke on the balcony or in the kitchen attic. Please do not do it inside the apartment.

Navarredonda de Gredos is a peaceful and welcoming municipality, on the slopes of the Sierra de Gredos (Central System). The municipality has about 500 inhabitants. It is 63 km from Ávila, 165 km from Toledo and 173 km from Madrid. Gredos was declared a Regional Park in 1996 and the town of Navarredonda, located at the head of the Tormes, is the heart of Gredos.
The head of the municipality, located at 1523 m a.s.l. n. m.,3​4​ is the fifth highest in Spain and the second highest in Ávila and Castilla y León, after the nearby town of Hoyos de Miguel Muñoz in Ávila.
