The accommodation

The Charming Plaza Mayor is a duplex apartment located next to the Plaza Mayor, the most central area of ​​Madrid.

This exclusive apartment has two floors:On the ground floor you find the living room with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, also the open plan kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances including: Washin machine and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, wine fridge, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery ... On this ground floor we also find a fantastic bathroom with shower and a desk to work as well.
On the upper floor is the bedroom with exposed wooden beams, a really charming stay.
The apartment amenities include free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, free toiletries, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, laundry products, coffee and tea facilities.
The building where the apartment is located is completely renovated and of there is a lift to access to our apartment.

THE FINE PRINT
-There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.
-Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport and credit/debit card upon check-in.
-Events and/or parties are not allowed.
-For reservation of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas bills will be included up to 50€. The tenant will have to pay for any extra.
