THE APARTMENT
The Charming Fuencarral Street is a nice attic apartment in the best area of ​​Madrid, Calle Fuencarral. A pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants 2 minutes from the famous Gran Vía street.
This apartment is very bright and has two levels:
On the top floor we find a bedroom open to the living room with a double bed.
On the ground floor there is a living room with flat screen TV, dining area and a sofa bed plus an additional living room where we find a second sofa bed.
The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen with all the essential cooking utensils: ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, pots, pans, plates and glasses ...
Among the amenities of the apartment we also find: Free Wifi, air conditioning and heating, bed linen and towels, washing machine, hair dryer and free toiletries.
The building where this fantastic apartment is located has an elevator.

AREA
It’s the best shopping street in Madrid. Fuencarral, in the Malasaña neighbourhood, it has plenty of boutiques and shops along the street. International and local brands, from vintage to high-class cosmetic stores. It gets very crowded on the weekends, but the street is a pedestrian walkway, which makes it easier for tourists, locals and shoppers to get around.

HOW TO MOVE
You are in the center of Madrid and you can walk to all the attractions, but if you still need to take the metro the stations closest to the apartment are:
- METRO GRAN VÍA (lines 1 and 5): 3 minutes walking.
- METRO TRIBUNAL (lines 1 and 10): 2 minutes walking.

THE FINE PRINT
-There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.
-Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport upon check-in.
-Events and/or parties are not allowed.
-For reservation of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas bills will be included up to 50€. The tenant will have to pay for any extra.
