THE APARTMENT
Charming Puerta de Toledo apartment is a newly renovated apartment that has all the services to make your stay in Madrid unforgettable.
This apartment is on the 6th floor of a building that has a lift. It is very close to the Puerta de Toledo (300 meters).
It has been completely renovated and has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, plus the living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate a guest, therefore there is a total capacity of 5 people.
The kitchen of the apartment is fully equipped: Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, etc.
The living room has a Smart TV that allows you to enjoy from your comfortable sofa and seats of digital content such as Netflix. In addition, you will find a dining table where you can enjoy a wonderful evening.
The private bathroom has sink and shower.
Among the amenities of the apartment we also find: Free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, free toiletries and cleaning products.

AREA
Although it is located in the heart of the city, it is a very quiet area full of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. You can walk to all the main attractions of Madrid. A little more than 15 minutes walking from the apartment you will find Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor ...
If you visit Madrid during the weekend, you can not miss 'El Rastro' street market, which runs mainly along Ribera de Curtidores street, just opposite the Charming Puerta de Toledo.
The Ribera de Curtidores turns every Sunday into a paradise to curious people and tourists who come to this market of about five centuries old. Antiques, crafts, clothes, costumes, jewelery, leather goods ... you can find almost anything in the street stalls that begin to open from 7 in the morning. A must stop on the tourist shopping map in Madrid.

HOW TO MOVE
The apartment is well connected thanks to the underground and numerous bus lines. The nearest metro stations are Acacias and Puerta de Toledo, both line 5.

THE FINE PRINT
-Arrivals from 20h up to 00h have to pay a supplement of 25€.
-There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.
-Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport upon check-in.
-Events and/or parties are not allowed.
-For reservation of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas bills will be included up to 50€. The tenant will have to pay for any extra.
