The accommodation

Charming Puerta del Sol IV is a renovated apartment with an unbeatable location, it is located on Calle Aduana, between Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía.
On the upper floor, as soon as we enter, we find the living area with a chaise longue sofa and a 32' TV, an ideal space to relax after an intense day of sightseeing in Madrid. To access the ground floor you have a spiral staircase, as well as an elevator with a capacity for one person that can be used to go up and down.On the basement floor you will find a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, followed by a living area with a divan that converts into a double bed and a dining table. You will also find the double room with a 135x190cm bed.
As it is a basement floor you can enjoy absolute silence when resting, being able to completely disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city, it also keeps the temperature very well so it is super cool in summer and heats up easily in winter.

AREA
Gran Vía, Plaza de Callao, Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor are just a few minutes walk from the accommodation, you will be in the heart of Madrid.
From the accommodation it is possible to walk to the most emblematic places of Madrid, the Plaza Mayor, the well-known Gran Vía, the Prado Museum and the Royal Palace are just a few minutes' walk away.

HOW TO MOVE
We recommend that you walk to all the places, since you are in the center of all the attractions, but if you still want to take a metro or train, you have the following options less than 300 meters away:
-Metro station and suburban Puerta del Sol (lines 1, 2 and 3)-Gran Vía metro station (lines 1 and 5)

TO CONSIDER
-Due to the characteristics of the house, children under 12 years of age are not allowed, since we consider that the stairs may pose a risk to them.
