Charming Casa de Campo Madrid is located next to the largest lung of the city, the Casa de Campo park, at the same time it is perfectly connected to the center (10 minutes by bus from Plaza Mayor and 15 minutes from Plaza España).
This fantastic duplex is located on the ground floor of a building with an elevator, the living room-kitchen has access to a community outdoor patio that you can use, but always respecting the rules of community coexistence.
It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, one of them 150cm and an extra 160cm double bed on the second height of the common area.
In the living room-kitchen, we find a comfortable three-seater sofa and an individual armchair where you can rest after enjoying the city. You will have a 50' smart TV and dining table.
The apartment also has a full bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, juice squeezer, blender, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery...
Among the amenities of the apartment, we also find free toiletries, free Wi-Fi, sheets and towels.
The apartment has heating by radiators controlled from a programmed thermostat.

AREA
The apartment is located in the Alto de Extremadura neighborhood, a residential neighborhood close by and perfectly connected to the center where you can find all kinds of local shops (butchers, fishmongers, greengrocers, bakeries, etc.), as well as two supermarkets nearby, a Mercadona and a Carrefour Express.
As its name indicates, it should be noted that you will be next to the fantastic Casa de Campo park, a large natural space where you can enjoy sports and leisure areas. In the Lake area, you can find numerous restaurants where you can enjoy a good meal in the sun. Other great attractions of this park are the Zoo and the Amusement Park, which can be easily reached on foot in about 10 minutes. In addition, in just 20 minutes walking, you will reach the magnificent area of ​​Madrid Río.

HOW TO MOVE
You can walk to Plaza España in about 30 minutes and to Madrid Rio in approximately 15 minutes.

TO CONSIDER
-There is a flight of stairs before reaching the elevator, so it is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
-The auxiliary room of the duplex has an ascent staircase that may not be totally safe for children.
-Only temporary reservations are allowed, not short stays.
-The house is not rented for tourist purposes, as they are temporary rentals. Please, keep in mind that this house IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT.

-There are cribs for rent subject to availability for an extra amount to consult. Please remember to request it by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-In this accommodation, you cannot celebrate bachelor or bachelorette parties or any party guy.
