Charming Elegant Gran Vía is a fantastic fully renovated apartment with an unbeatable location, it is located on Calle Montera, between Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía. In the apartment you will have all the comforts to enjoy your stay in Madrid.
Both the living room and the two bedrooms have balconies overlooking Montera street, despite being located in the center, you can enjoy surprising tranquility in the apartment, since it is on the fourth floor and the windows are highly insulated, which It will allow you to rest after enjoying the city. The large windows bring a lot of natural light into the house.The apartment has a room with a double bed and another with two single beds, radiator heating and air conditioning, in the living room you will find a dining area and a double sofa bed. On the floor there are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

HOW TO MOVE
We recommend you to walk to all the places, because you are in the center of all the owners, but if you still want to take a metro or train, you have the following options less than 300 meters away:
-Puerta del Sol metro and commuter station (lines 1, 2 and 3)-Gran Vía metro station (lines 1 and 5)
