The accommodation

This accommodation is located in a quiet residential area next to the Platja d'Aro marina. Upon entering the communal area we find the main door that will take us to the elevator to comfortably reach the apartment. The spaciousness of this accommodation is perfect for families or a small group, as it has a capacity for six people. The rooms are distributed in a beautiful suite with a private bathroom with a bathtub, then there are two more rooms, one with a bunk bed for two people and the other with a trundle bed for two more people. Another full bathroom with shower is perfect for everyone. The living room and kitchen are in the same environment that communicates with the terrace overlooking the pools and green areas. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances as well as the dining room and the terrace are furnished with tables and chairs to be able to eat and dine outside, a luxury of tranquility and peace. Being located near the port, they can be a step away from the beach and the shopping center where there are cinemas, bowling alleys, supermarkets, pharmacy and boutiques, but at the same time being away from everything, since this area is very quiet to be able to enjoy your vacation, you choose whether to go to the downtown area full of commercial life or to stay in the apartment enjoying its tranquility.

The apartment is perfect for families with children, as it has bunk beds and a trundle bed, the pools will delight the whole family, the beach or the shopping center are only 500 meters away.
The house rules are basic rules, respect the rest of the neighbors at night, keep the community spaces in good condition such as the pool and green area.
Leave the accommodation in perfect condition on the day of departure.

Setting

Common areas we have the entrance to the residential area, swimming pool and green areas. If you use them, please always keep them in perfect condition without leaving garbage when you leave.

Platja d'Aro is one of the most touristic municipalities on the Costa Brava where you can find all kinds of activities or entertainment for all ages, as well as gastronomy or boutiques for all tastes.
The apartment is strategically located on the avenue of the yacht club, a very quiet area where you can rest without the hustle and bustle of the center of Platja d'Aro, but at the same time close to everything and a few meters from the beach.
The shopping center that is only 400 meters away can be found from pharmacies to supermarkets, cinemas, shops or department stores.
