Bonita casa en residencial, complejo en 1ª línea con acceso directo a estupenda y tranquila playa de arena. Tiene jardín, terraza, barbacoa y parking privado. Muy agradable. Toda equipada. Zonas comunitarias con piscina directa al mar y amplias zonas de césped. Para pasar vacaciones cómodas y tranquilas. Urbanización cerrada con conserje. Restaurantes y zonas de ocio muy cercanas. Club de golf y pistas de tenis a 10 minutos en coche. Posibilidad de hacer bonitas rutas de montaña por pueblos cercanos. Escuela de vela en la zona, ideal para la iniciación de los niños. En resumen: Para unas vacaciones completas!!
*De cara a las precauciones por el Covid 19, la casa se entrega absolutamente limpia y tiene la ventaja de estar aislada dentro del complejo, o sea, no hay que compartir zaguanes comunes, etc... La urbanización tiene conserje, con lo cual, la limpieza diaria de piscina y jardín comunitario se realiza cada día y siguiendo la normativa vigente.
