The accommodation

Independent apartment of 60m2 without counting on the wonderful sunny terrace, located in a very quiet residential complex next to the sea in Los Cocoteros - Guatiza, a small coastal town very close to several tourist attractions on the Island of Lanzarote, such as El Jardín de Catus, Los Jameos del Agua, Cueva de los Verdes and others, but a bit far from the tourist crowded areas, so it is advisable to rent a vehicle.

- Please go out to smoke on the terrace and never smoke in the room or inside the house because of the
smell and by the smoke detector that goes shrilly.

- Please do not throw wipes, toilet paper and/or other objects into the toilet to avoid
traffic jams that can ruin their stay.

- Please do not make too much noise after 11pm.

- It is also requested the favor of leaving the kitchen clean and the garbage collected.

- It is mandatory to complete the online or local ckeck to send to the authorities in accordance with the Real
Decree 933/2021 of the Government of Spain

Activities and attractions

Los Cocoteros is a very small and quiet coastal town, away from the bustle of the big tourist areas, located in the north of the island. There is a bar/restaurant where you can eat well and cheaply and a supermarket in Guatiza, five minutes away by car. It is also very close to several tourist spots, such as La Cueva de los Verdes, El Jardín de Cactus or Los Jameos de Agua. For those who like to walk, you can find splendid routes along the coast on Wikiloc or on other pages.
