The accommodation

Spectacular penthouse in the most luxurious building in town. Only adults please.
The building has a gym, swimmingpool for adults and for children and 4 elevators.
Apartments are built with the best quality materials. It has electric blinds, big TV and is decorated to a vey high standard.
Beach front penthouse with 3 bedrooms; Two with two individual beds each, (one has access to the terrace on the beachfront and the other one has a large window with mountain views) and wardrobes. The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with shower and a large window/door that takes you out to the seafront terrace. Large living room with very comfortable sofas and high quality furniture with access to the seafront terrace with amazing views. Separate and fully equiped modern kitchen with laundry room. The second bathroom is nice, spacious and has a bathtub.
There is central heating and airconditioning throughout and in every room. As well as Wi-Fi.
From the living room you will find some stairs that take you to an upper floor where there is a small relaxing area with access to the breathtaking solarium terrace. Here is where you will feel the king/queen of the world! Nothing on top of you except the sun or the stars if at night.

Setting

It is situated in a tranquil area. There is a small and quiet stone beach in front of the building as well as a children's playing area, but also a nice walking path on the shore that takes you straight to the old town beach, where you can find bars and restaurants at approx. 700m distance.
Also 250 meters to the nearest food supermarket.
No children under 12 years of age please. Those under 16, must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the pool.
