It is just 25 metres from the sandy beach (Playa de Riumar), 10 km from Deltebre, 25 km from the train stations of L’Aldea and L’Ampolla, and 167 km from Barcelona Airport. It is situated in an area ideal for families, right by the sea.

The property features a garden, outdoor furniture, a fenced plot and an 85 m² terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. It includes a barbecue, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, a communal swimming pool and outdoor parking within the premises. There is also a television.

The open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and complete cookware.

The house is located in the Riumar residential area, directly on the seafront, in a privileged setting within the Ebro Delta Natural Park. Its beaches, shaped by unique dunes, offer an exceptional natural environment.

In Riumar you will find all kinds of services: pharmacy, supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and beach bars, allowing you to enjoy your holiday without needing to use the car.

The Ebro Delta is ideal for family holidays. It is a paradise with sand dunes, birdlife and kilometres of unspoilt shallow beaches, perfect for children. At the mouth of the River Ebro there is a small marina where you can hire boats for fishing or exploring the delta. The area also offers traditional Delta cuisine, horse riding through the rice fields, hiking, kayaking, windsurfing, cycling routes and many other nature-based activities.
