The accommodation

The ground floor apartment is just beside the main pool of the complex; has southwest orientation and offers beautiful pool and sea views.

The heart of the apartment is the sunny living room with comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace, a small dining area and direct access to the covered terrace with another dining table and lounge furniture. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and tastefully throughout.

The entire apartment furnishings are very high quality and tasteful. The apartment has been furnished in a modern style with some antiques from Morocco.

Right next to the entrance is the modern open kitchen with all the extras and a separate dining area. The adjoining living room is very bright and offers a comfortable lounge area in front of the fireplace and a second dining area for 4 people.

In addition to the dining area, 2 doors lead to the bedrooms: The master bedroom is a bit more spacious and offers a large double bed, direct pool and sea views and a large en-suite bathroom with double washbasin, toilet, bidet, bathtub and separate shower.

The guest bedroom has an en-suite shower room and 2 single beds.

A fourth dining table for 6 people and comfortable lounge furniture await you on the large, covered terrace. The terrace overlooks the private small garden in front of the terrace, the main complex pool and beyond that the Mediterranean Sea with Africa and Gibraltar.

The complete furnishing of the apartment is very tasteful, numerous modern pictures as well as selected antiques from Morocco were used to create a modern and yet very cozy ambience.

Cable TV with over 180 TV stations (BBC & ITV), German satellite TV, WIFI via fiber optic connection (extra charge), air conditioning (hot/cold) & underfloor heating in the bathrooms & underground parking space (extra charge) complete the offer away.

Setting

Our guests have free access to all 4 (!) communal pools of the complex: each with a frontal sea view, showers, sun loungers & some toilets. At both ends of the complex there is a beach bar (seasonal) and a restaurant (open all year round) as well as the beach club of the nearby 5-star hotel FINCA CORTSESIN.
