The accommodation

The apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator very close to 2 pools of the complex; this has a south-east orientation.

The heart of the apartment is the sunny living room with a comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace, a stylish dining area and direct access to the covered terrace with beautiful pool and sea views. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The apartment is tastefully and uniquely furnished with numerous antiques and collectibles.

The apartment LA PERLA DE MARAKECH 4 is on the 1st floor and can be easily reached by elevator. The entire apartment furnishings are very tasteful and filled with numerous antiques from Morocco, large pictures and special furnishings.

Right next to the entrance is the modern kitchen with all the extras and a separate laundry room. The adjoining living room is very bright and offers a comfortable living area in front of the fireplace and a large dining area for 6 people.

In addition to the dining area, 2 doors lead to the bedrooms: The master bedroom is a bit more spacious and offers a large double bed, direct pool and sea views and a large en-suite bathroom with double washbasin, toilet, bidet, bathtub and separate shower.

The guest bedroom has an en-suite shower room and 2 single beds.

A third dining table for 6 people and comfortable lounge furniture await you on the large, covered terrace. The terrace overlooks the communal garden with 2 pools.

The complete furnishing of the apartment is very tasteful, numerous pictures but also selected antiques from Morocco were used to create a modern and yet very cozy ambience.

Cable TV with over 180 TV stations (BBC & ITV), German satellite TV, WIFI via fiber optic connection (extra charge), air conditioning (hot/cold) & underfloor heating in the bathrooms & underground parking space (extra charge) complete the offer away.

Activities and attractions

Our guests have free access to all 4 (!) communal pools of the complex: each with a frontal sea view, showers, sun loungers & some toilets. At both ends of the complex there is a beach bar (seasonal) and a restaurant (open all year round) as well as the beach club of the nearby 5-star hotel FINCA CORTSESIN.
