The accommodation
Nice and comfortable studio at the town’s church square. You can’t get closer to the old town than this.
You have everything you need as it has been recently reformed in a modern style.
Living room consists of 1 sofa that turns into 2 single beds, a wardrobe, nice flat TV and air conditioning. Open kitchen on the same room. There is also a nice small balcony and a window so it has a lot of natural light.
Kitchen is fully equiped with microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, ceramic hob and washing machine.
Nice bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The three apartments on this building are the same and share a 15m2 top-roof terrace with amazing sea views where you can sit and have a drink or even have dinner or breakfast in the open air.
This can be a very good option when you travel with friends or family, as you can all stay in the same building, sharing a great roof terrace but after a long day you can rest in you own private apartment. WIFI and international TV channels.

Schönes appartement schlecht verwaltet
Schönes appartement in der hinreißenden altstadt. Leider ist die verwaltung nicht auf ausländische gäste eingestellt bzw. Intressiert sich nicht für deren sprachkenntnisse. Was soll ich als deutsche mit soanisch- und englischkenntnissen mit informationsblättern in dänisch oder schwedisch? wozu eine infomappe mit taxi-oder notrufnummrn über orte, in denen ich nicht bin? es gibt einen putzeimer, leider keinen mop. Wlan passwort war nicht aktuell - nachfrage. Der fernseher funktionierte nicht - auf nachfrage wurde nach 4 wochen nachgesehen, funktionierte aber weiter nicht. Da gäbe es einiges nachzubessern

Siento leer este comentario ya que siempre me preocupo del bienestar de nuestros huéspedes y sus necesidades. Hablé personalmente varias veces con usted y no recibí ninguna queja, sino todo lo contrario, le encantaba el piso y su terraza. La televisión funcionaba perfectamente, pero habiendo pasado a fibra el día anterior a su entrada, llamé para sincronizar la tv al día siguiente, aún diciéndome usted que no veía la tele y no le importaba. Como le gustó el piso, reservó un segundo para un familiar que vino a visitarle durante su estancia, no sería tan malo... Bueno, le sugiero que, en el futuro, si hay alguna cosa que no le agrada o necesite durante su estancia, lo haga saber a la empresa gestora durante su estancia para poder solucionar el problema, y no después de abandonar el piso y mediante un mensaje en una web. Siempre a su disposición. Un saludo
