A very comfortable 72 m² flat. Located in the centre of Logroño in a Rationalist-style building dating from 1932, designed by Fermín Álamo, a renowned local architect, and refurbished a few years ago in a contemporary style.
The flat is situated just a short walk from Plaza del Espolón, the cathedral, Calle Laurel and the historic centre.
High-speed Wi-Fi (50 Mbps), smart TV, individual heating, etc.
And for added convenience, we offer a parking space (optional, not included).

Very close to the train and bus stations, and the main access routes into the city, such as Calle Vara de Rey or Avenida de la Paz, allowing you to easily drive in and out of the city and visit other parts of La Rioja, its landscapes and its wineries. Just a short walk from bus stops so you can get around the city, although if you enjoy wandering the streets, you won’t need them.
