The building has a lift and the fourth floor apartment is distributed in:

* Fully equipped kitchenette (fridge with freezer, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, oven ...).

Located on foot from the entrance of Roses and the area of ​​Santa Margarita, near a natural beach of fine sand where you will find all kinds of shops (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shops ...).
Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the seafront with many restaurants and local specialties.
