The villa is centrally located within a short driving distance to various restaurants and tapas bars. Sancti Petri which is 10 minutes from the villa offers a beautiful beach, sailing, wind-surfing, canoeing and very laidback fish restaurants, or stay home around the pool and BBQ in the privacy of the garden.The beaches are beautiful, natural and very family orientated. The surrounding area is primarily second homes for Spanish families that spend their holidays on the coast. There are various golf courses in the vicinity as well as luxury spa hotels for well overdue pampering. Tennis and horse riding are also close by.

Conil is a small seaside town and fishing village with lots of excellent restaurants only a 20 minute drive away.

Including San Andres golf there are 8 excellent golf courses all within a 45 minutes drive.
