The property is composed of independent living room with sofabed, fully fitted independent kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 washroom and 1 bathroom. Also has a small terrace in the entrance and solarium space on top to enjoy of the sun and moon. . The complex has a communal swimming pool.

A perfect place for your holiday or a short break. 5 min walk to the beach, bus stop and beachside restarurants and beach bars.
Just 4 km from Selwo Marina and 5 km from from Benalmadena Puerto Marina and Tivoli World Amusement Park. Malaga Airport is just 16 km away.
Malaga city centre is approximately 20 km away and the airport is 12 km from the property. There is a bus stop in front of the property and buses stop every 15 minutes.
Families particularly like the location as it is a perfect place for your holiday or a short break

From the Malaga Airport it is just 13 kms (around 20 mns) away by car is straight road taking the N-340 road until you reach the roundabout of Ronda del Golf Oeste where you take the first exit and go up the street around 50m. You will see the gate entrance to the complex.
If you use public transport, the easisest way is to walk around 900m to the Bus Stop, take bus M-110 toward Torrequebrada and get down at Flatotel and walk around 280m to the complex.

1) Puerto Marina just 5 mns away where you can find a shopping centre, all sorts of restaurants and bars, traditional shops and attractions like Sea Life Acuarium
2) Parque La Paloma which is one of the most beautiful parks in Costa del Sol, and it’s a must-see if you love seeing animals running freely and being in green spaces.
3) Selwo Marina is a small marine park located next to Parque de la Paloma. You can see animals like penguins, sea lions and dolphins in the park.
4) Castillo de Colomares is one of the most beautiful hidden gems in Costa del Sol. This impressive castle is dedicated to the life and adventures of Christopher Colombus
5) Mariposario - Butterfly park with over 1,500 exotic butterflies from different parts of the world, flying between artificial waterfalls.
