This is a beach apartment with two communal pools and balcony, only 2 minutes walk from the Estuary beach (100m) and 10 minutes drive from Comporta. This first floor apartment is ready to host 4 guests, sleeping in 2 bedrooms. There are also in the condominium a tennis / football / basketball court, a BBQ area, a common room with pool, fuse ball, ping pong tables and a playground for the kids.
There are two dining areas, inside and on the balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the coffee machine is a Nespresso (capsules).
