The accommodation

Apartment for rent in ALONDRAS urbanisation with communal garden and swimming pool.

Ideal for summer holidays just a few meters from the beach and next to the city, which will allow you to enjoy a holiday forgetting the car.
The flat has a corner and is very well distributed with 2 double bedrooms with large wardrobes (one with double bed and one with twin beds), two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower), kitchen and living-dining room with access to terrace. The kitchen is independent and has all the electrical appliances: dishwasher, microwave, vitroceramic hob, oven, extractor hood and fridge. It has access to the terrace where the washing machine is located.
Air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

It has WIFI and in one of the bedrooms there is a desk.

Setting

Surroundings and situation: Within walking distance is El Portet where you can take long walks surrounded by the sea and find restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours, pubs, ..... 300 metres from the Mercadona supermarket. Through the castle tunnel located 300 metres from the urbanisation, you can access the whole town centre (Calle La Mar, Loreto, Marqués de Campo). At 200 metres from the Raset beach with a large sandy area, water games and activities for children. In July and August there are gymnastics activities on the beach.
