Setting

It is a modern semi-detached Duplex, of recent construction with a large sunny garden terrace in the morning just until lunchtime, making it perfect for enjoying gastronomy outdoors. It also has another rear terrace in the opposite orientation, so this house always has an area with sun and another with shade. By having air conditioning with heat pump throughout the house, it is ideal to enjoy both in summer and winter. It has 3 bedrooms, the main one with a 150 bed, has a closet and a private bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The second bedroom has another 150 cm bed and wardrobe, it also has a bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The third bedroom has 2 beds of 90 and is next to the third bathroom of the house. It can accommodate up to 6 people and the living room is equipped with a dining table and a seating area. Bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a dishwasher so you can just enjoy yourself. It also has a room with a washing machine.

The urbanization has 2 large pools ideal for swimming as they are about 12 meters long. If you come in winter, you can also enjoy the heated pool, which has a temperature of 28-32 ºC and the heated jacuzzi as well. A sauna is also available.

The urbanization is in an ideal location, close to all amenities and away from crowded areas. We have an Aldi Supermarket 300 meters away, bars and restaurants less than 800m away. From the Urbanization, going straight towards the sea, we arrive in 5 minutes at a bathing area set up on the rocky coast, which is the perfect place if we want some privacy and turning left, Los Náufragos beach 800m away, one of the Torrevieja beaches with blue flag and with all the services included, best taxi rank, bus (1 stop from the urbanization), lifeguard, toilet, etc. In the surroundings we have a good selection of Restaurants and following the coast towards Torrevieja, a 20-minute walk away we have a whole world of services at our disposal with La Marina, with all kinds of facilities, including Water Sports and in the city with a endless leisure areas. Not far from the N-332, it has a quick exit to the Zenia Boulevard or Habaneras shopping centers and less than 15 minutes by car from two of the most important golf courses in the area: Villamartín and Campoamor.
