The location is ideal, just 350 meters from the sandy beach "Mitja Galta" and close to restaurants such as "El Cresol" and "Burguer Beach" 500 meters away. The supermarket "La Botigueta" is 750 meters away and the town of Oliva is 3 km away. For golf lovers, the "Oliva Nova Golf" course is only 7 km away. The train and bus stations in Gandia are 11 km away and the natural park "Marjal Oliva-Pego" is 12 km away. The area is perfect for families and is by the sea.

The villa has a garden, garden furniture, a fenced plot, a terrace, a barbecue, and an iron for the comfort of guests.
