All interior and exterior areas that belong to the villa are for the exclusive use of the group of tenants. The pool, barbecue and outdoor dining room, gardens, chillout beds, parking, porch, pingpong tables, giant table football, private disco, etc.
Being a large villa, they can have fun and have the music system that exists in the house during the day in the garden, but they must take into account that after 10:00 p.m. the music system must be inside the living room. games and the noise level must be lowered so as not to disturb the neighbours.
