In Las Rotas, Denia, we present this comfortable apartment in the LA DARSENA Urbanization - 200 meters from the Marineta Casiana beach and Paseo de las Rotas.

La Dársena urbanization is located at the beginning of Las Rotas, a few meters from the Hotel Port Dénia and the urban area.

It is distributed in a spacious living-dining room, two double bedrooms with wardrobes and 2 beds each, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bathroom with a shower and a hall. From the dining room there is access to a glazed terrace, with great views of the mountains and the community area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including the dishwasher. Cooking enjoying the views of the Montgó will be a pleasure for your holidays.

Environment and situation: A few meters from the Denia Marina and the Marineta beach, enjoying Las Rotas is a luxury.
In it you will find a sandy beach and a few meters from a rocky beach. 400 meters from Troyas supermarket, pharmacy and several restaurants. If you are a lover of walks in the middle of nature, this is your opportunity. From the urbanization on foot you can access walks surrounded by sea and vegetation.
