It has 1 private parking space (unnumbered space, whichever is free at that time is taken).
The dining table is extendable (in the photo it appears closed).

Setting

The apartment is located in the beach area (lower part of the town of Suances) with several supermarkets, pharmacy, ice cream parlors, bars, restaurants, playground...all without having to use the car.
In the area there are also several surf schools that organize courses on the 2 beaches of Suances (Playa La Concha and Playa de Los Locos).

Activities and attractions

Suances is a fishing village located on the coast of Cantabria and about 30km from Santander. It is located very close to some of the most beautiful towns in the region such as Santillana del Mar, Comillas or San Vicente de La Barquera.

Agradable apartamento a un paso de la playa

Excelente ubicación, a un paso no solo de la playa sino tb de supermercados, farmacia, restaurantes y paseo marítimo. Edificio tranquilo y familiar. Menaje y utensilios de cocina suficientes y nuevos. Agradable terraza. Excelente atención por parte del dueño
