The accommodation
For rent for June, July, August and September in Playa de Gandia, apartment on the 1st lateral line in the La Ducal area, completely renovated. It has three bedrooms (all equipped with two 90 cm beds), 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, living room with sofa bed and A/A, kitchen with dishwasher and utility room, terrace with sea views, elevator. It is rented for calendar weeks from Monday to Monday only to families. Maximum capacity 7 people.
Setting
The apartment is located a few meters from the sea on the lateral line right in the center of the beach and next to the Colonia Ducal. It is located close to all services (restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, etc).
Activities and attractions
Gandia beach stands out for its crystalline water and white sand and its extension and breadth, which makes it one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean. A very short distance from the beach of Gandia, you can also enjoy natural surroundings of great beauty and just a step away you also have the city of Gandia where its historical past and tradition merge (Ducal Palace, the Collegiate Church...) with its festivals and its spectacular gastronomy (it is essential to try the fideuá).
