The accommodation

This house is unique for its views of both the sea and the peaks of Europe. Located in the rural village of Ovio, a step from the sea, very quiet and 1 km from the emblematic village of Nueva de Llanes, where you will find all services, restaurants, etc..
15 mins walk from San Antonio wild beach, 4 mins drive from Cuevas del Mar beach.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis, before booking check with the owner. Pets carry a cleaning surcharge of 30 euros to 60 euros depending on the case.

Setting

Ovio is a rural village located in a privileged environment. Ideal for nature lovers and tranquility. The good thing is that it is also located less than 1 km from Nueva de Llanes which has all the services: health center, restaurants, pharmacy, stores. So there is a perfect combination.

Activities and attractions

Next to the house there are several agricultural roads that allow car-free walks and bike rides along the cliffs.

In winter with the rough sea, you can see the divers from the house.

There are 3 beaches nearby. The beach of San Antonio is a natural beach that can only be accessed on foot, catalogued as the most beautiful beach in Spain in 2020. From the house it is a 10-15 minutes walk. The other beach is Cuevas del Mar, 2 minutes by car or also 10-15 walking. Also nearby is the beach of La Huelga.

The road to Santiago passes through the village.

It is essential to have a car to move around the area.
To go to the beaches can be done depending on the physical form also on foot or by bike. There is another beach La playa de la Huelga at 2 km by a beautiful agricultural road ideal for cycling and without cars.
