Apartment in villa with garden and parking space, open space type, autonomous and independent, equipped with:

- Kitchenette with retractable kitchen unit, fully equipped with appliances and utensils suitable for cooking and eating meals;
- Double bed;
- Sofa bed for two;
- Bathroom with shower and hairdryer;
- flat screen TV;
- Hot/cold air conditioning;
- Reserved parking space in our private parking;
- Large outdoor area in front with patio, garden and porch, complete with outdoor furniture, with sitting area, table, chairs and clothes horse.

The solution will be delivered with bed, bath and kitchen linen, clean, sanitized and sanitized with anti-covid-19 products.

Additional services and consumption are foreseen, some included in the price, others extra (only on request), as follows:

- Cleaning, sanitation and daily tidying up of the property (for periods longer than four weeks, upon request);

- Change of bed linen, towels and kitchen towels every three days. For periods longer than four weeks, upon request.

- Use of the kitchen in the apartment;

- Free supply of purified drinking water from a special filter dispenser, natural and sparkling, without limits;

- WI-FI free in internal and external environments;

- You consume utilities of light, water and gas;

- Taxes and duties.
