The accommodation

Our apartment is located in Ponta do Sol. This cozy 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a relaxing stay on the island.
This space is ideal for those who enjoy cooking and savoring a home-cooked meal with incredible views.
Situated at the top of a historic building, this apartment offers stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the breathtaking mountain landscape of Madeira.

Check-in is usually done after 4 PM. Check-out is usually until 11 AM. Please inform us in advance if you need any special arrangements regarding check-in and check-out times.
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 people. Children are welcome, as long as they are accommodated in the space.
A baby crib is available upon request at an extra cost.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Please use designated smoking areas such as the balcony if needed.
Please avoid excessive noise, especially during nighttime.
We kindly ask our guests to keep the apartment clean and in good condition during their stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

This apartment does not have a laundry area (washing machine). However, for the convenience of our guests, we can provide a clothesline for drying clothes or arrange for an extra laundry pickup and delivery service with a nearby laundromat. There is no private parking available. There is a public parking lot located 1 minute away, which is paid between the hours of 8 am to 7 pm. Alternatively, there are free parking options available in the vicinity of the city, you just have to search for them.
