Stay in Meloneras, one of the best areas in the south of the island, where you can find the tranquility that a bungalow complex offers you and at the same time be close to the beach and entertainment. The most outstanding building in this area is the Maspalomas Lighthouse, active since 1890, an avenue that ends at the Meloneras beach itself, where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets, as well as an endless number of restaurants and luxury hotels.
In this bungalow you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. Upon arrival you can park in a specific area within the property with direct access to the house, upon entering you will find an equipped American kitchen, living room with air conditioning and two terrace areas, one with an awning perfect for dining and the other with artificial grass , sun loungers and access to the pool. The lower floor has a bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, a bathroom and a seating area. On the upper floor you will find two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, both with air conditioning, and a complete bathroom. This accommodation is located in a quiet urbanization with a swimming pool.

- We love pets 🐶, but let us know before for prior authorization.

- Respect the break and try not to make too much noise 🤫 after 11:00 p.m. At 7:00 am
- Keep the common areas of the complex clean.
- If you see any damage, please let us know as soon as possible.
- Remember that 🕒 Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and Check-out at 12:00 a.m.
