It is located 2 km from the beaches and 5 minutes from Corte Inglés, CC los Fresnos and 10 minutes from downtown. Located in a safe area close to everything, parks, pharmacy, cider houses, supermarket (just below) Public parking 300 meters away. 1.5 km from the train and bus station. 15 minutes from the old town Cimadwvilla, Plaza Mayor and marina.
8 minutes from the park the peritoneum where the municipal swimming pools are located.
