The accommodation

Cozy apartment located in the exclusive Puig Rom area, offering stunning panoramic views over the Bay of Roses. Ideal for couples or small families, it can accommodate up to 3 guests. A perfect place to relax, enjoy the sunshine, and experience the essence of the Costa Brava in a peaceful and privileged setting.

The accommodation is distributed as follows:

* Main bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and 1 convertible single bed.

* Bright living-dining room with sofa and TV with Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels.

* Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker, toaster, and everything needed to feel at home.

* Full bathroom with shower.

* Magnificent private south-facing terracewith spectacular views over the Bay of Roses.

* Private closed garage in the same building.* Toilet and laundry area.

A car is required to reach the accommodation. Located 1.5 km from Canyelles Beach(a natural fine sandy beach with beachfront restaurants, supermarket, and bakery open depending on the season). Puig Romis the starting point for hiking trails and walking routes leading into the Cap de Creus Natural Park, ideal for walking, sports activities, or discovering wild Mediterranean landscapes among vineyards, olive trees, and rocky scenery.

Located just a few minutes by car from the center of Roses, where you will find a wide variety of shops, stores, and its large sandy beach.

Roses is an active city all year round. It offers varied and interesting activities and attractions for all types of travellers. Driving a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play minigolf, boat trips to Cape Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train for a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands nature reserve, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and their local specialties. Not to mention the nice rest on the sandy beach. The beaches of Roses enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.The price does not include bed linen or towels.
