This apartment is located on the beachfront with fine sand, specifically on Les Bovetes Beach, which has been awarded the blue flag for another year, guaranteeing its quality. The urbanization has parking and a community shower. In addition, there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby. It is located at km 4 of Las Marinas, less than 10 minutes by car from the town center, and just 100 meters from the bus stop.The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds of 90. Upon request, an extra bed can be added. There is 1 bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen with gallery and a living-dining room with access to a large terrace with wonderful views of the sea.
The apartment has Wi-Fi and TV with the option of foreign channels through Satellite TV. Pets are also accepted with an additional fee.
The apartment is on the third floor without elevator, in a quiet urbanization with free private parking and is just a few steps from the beach. There are cafes, restaurants and a supermarket just a few meters away for added convenience.
