The accommodation

House is located within a rustic enclosure.
The family home is 300m2. where we find 5 rooms with charm and careful decoration, a wine cellar in the basement, cozy atmosphere, barbecue, sauna, private parking. The house has gardens with fruit trees and a fabulous palm grove. Outside, it offers us a covered octagonal gazebo, a 65m2 pool area, a sauna, a toilet, a shower stall and a 6m bar counter. with kitchen furniture, sink, refrigerator, bottle rack, large table for lunches and dinners. There is also a relaxation area with its corner with sun loungers and armchairs.
The house is spread over two floors with heating and air conditioning installation.
On the ground floor we find an open space where the university dining room is located with the luxurious living room with the fireplace. We continue on the ground floor where there is a large fully equipped kitchen with a large marble table. It also has a large pantry and a closed laundry room with the terrace.
First bedroom with a 1.60m suite-type bed with access to a private bathroom, rustic decoration with solid wood furniture.
Also on the ground floor there are two bedrooms with trundle beds, desks, closets.
Full bathroom with marble countertop and angular bathtub.
To access the upper floor, the house has a wide open staircase with a wooden railing that leads to a living room with a large sofa that can be converted into a double bed. The room has great natural light and direct access to a spacious terrace with views of the garden, Sierra Cabrera and the sea.
Finally we are in the suite on the upper part. The suite is 25m2, with a king-size bed and luxurious furniture. A full bathroom with two-bowl marble countertop, shower and whirlpool bathtub. There is also an 8m2 dressing room.
There are 3 large kennels, with dogs allowed outside the house. Animals prohibited inside the house
