The accommodation
Holiday rental of this beautiful townhouse, in a gated and quiet area, with shop nearby and from where you can even walk to the beach, as it is only 900 meters away. With bus stop nearby, only 3Km from Estepona.
The house is on two floors and has 3 bedrooms upstairs, the main bedroom has a large dressing room and terrace overlooking the salt water pool, plus a full bathroom to share.
The main floor has a nice and private entrance porch, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and living room with fireplace and access to a cozy and large patio with BBQ and shower, so you can take a shower after the pool evenings, without having to go inside the house. It has a back door from where you can access both the well-kept and cosy communal garden and the swimming pool, surrounded by umbrellas and sunbeds, or a square that serves as a play area for the children, where you can have a good time chatting with family or friends.
The house is south-east facing, which allows you to enjoy the morning sun from the living room.
It also has a private allocated parking space within the gated community.
It is situated in a quiet area, but close to supermarket, petrol station, Burger King. Walking distance to the beach and chiringuitos and only a few minutes drive to the town centre.
This is the perfect place for a nice and quiet holiday.
