Welcome to President2 – a cozy two-bedroom apartment located in Calpe, near La Fosa Beach, in the province of Alicante on the Costa Blanca.
A city with beautiful and picturesque white sandy beaches, the natural reserves of Peñón de Ifach and Las Salinas, and a charming old town with unforgettable colorful streets, numerous restaurants, bars, public gardens, and fountains. Enjoy your stay in a lovely two-bedroom apartment in Calpe, close to La Fosa Beach. The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 people. It is located near restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, just 100 meters from the promenade and La Fosa Beach. From the apartment windows, there are views of part of Mount Ifach. The apartment has its own access to the building’s courtyard. An excellent opportunity to relax on the Mediterranean coast with your family.

Interior: Living-dining room with open-plan kitchen, TV, sofa bed, double bed, two single beds, dining table with 4 chairs, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, refrigerator, and washing machine.

Check-in and key collection take place at the following address:

Office hours:
Summer: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00
Winter: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00

Check-in at the office from 16:00 to 18:00 / 19:00 in summer

Check-out: until 11:00
Arrivals outside office hours: please request instructions for key collection.

To complete the check-in process, if it has not been completed online beforehand:

Provide identification documents for all guests

Pay a €150 security deposit and all additional services

Sign the rental contract

Collect the keys

Additional paid services, subject to availability and prior agreement: late check-in/check-out, parking.

Accommodation rules:
• Smoking and parties are prohibited
• Maximum number of guests: according to the reservation
• The accommodation must be left clean, tidy, and without damage
• Pets: only with prior authorization

Setting

The apartments are at the complete disposal of guests.

The apartments are located one hundred meters from the promenade and one hundred and twenty from La Fosa beach, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, 2 km away there is a children's fair. You can visit, within 3 km: the municipal swimming pool, tennis courts and the sports complex of the city.
