The accommodation

A pleasant stay in a charming studio in Calpe, close to La Fosa Beach. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. It is located near restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, just 100 meters from the promenade and La Fosa Beach. Paid parking is available in the building’s courtyard. The apartment consists of a living room with private access to the courtyard, a bedroom, and a bathroom. An excellent option to relax by the Mediterranean Sea.

Interior: Living room with private access to the courtyard, TV, double bed, coffee table, two armchairs, dining table with two chairs, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine.

Check-in and key collection take place at the following address:
C/ Jardín 3, Local INFTOUR, Calpe

Office hours:
Summer: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00
Winter: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00

Check-in at the office from 16:00 to 18:00 / 19:00 in summer

Check-out: until 11:00
Arrivals outside office hours: please request instructions for key collection.

To complete the check-in process, if it has not been completed online beforehand:

Provide identification documents for all guests

Pay a €150 security deposit and all additional services

Sign the rental contract

Collect the keys

Additional paid services, subject to availability and prior agreement: late check-in/check-out, parking.

Accommodation rules:
• Smoking and parties are prohibited
• Maximum number of guests: according to the reservation
• The accommodation must be left clean, tidy, and without damage
• Pets: only with prior authorization
