* Bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

* Large terrace with stunning sea views equipped with table, chairs and barbecue area.* Private use stairs that lead to the beach from the building.



* Private parking space in front of the entrance of the building.



Located on the beach of l'Almadrava (natural beach of fine sand with beach restaurants and a supermarket open in season). The centre of Roses is 5 km away, where you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and its large sandy beach.

The price does not include sheets or towels. The service can be requested for an additional cost of €15/person.

The tourist tax of €2 per person over 17 years old must be added to the prices indicated. The tax is per person per day (with a maximum of 7 days).
