The accommodation

Welcome to our cozy apartments located in the heart of Calpe, in the province of Alicante, on the Costa Blanca.
A city with beautiful and picturesque sandy beaches, the natural reserves of Peñón de Ifach and Las Salinas, and a charming old town with unforgettable colorful and shaded streets, numerous restaurants, bars, squares, and fountains.

Enjoy a pleasant holiday in a beautiful and spacious one-bedroom apartment with a balcony offering sea and beach views. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located close to restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, just 50 meters from Arenal Beach and the promenade. The apartment consists of a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom. The living room features a balcony with a table and chairs, as well as awnings to protect from the sun. A perfect option to relax by the Mediterranean Sea with the family.

Interior: The living room has access to a balcony with sea views, TV, sofa bed, double bed, dining table with 4 chairs, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine.

The apartment is fully at the guests’ disposal.

The apartment is located 50 meters from Arenal Beach and the promenade, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, and 800 meters from a children’s amusement park with various attractions. Less than 1 km away, you can visit a swimming pool, tennis courts, and the city sports complex.

Check-in and key collection take place at the following address:

Office hours:
Summer: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00
Winter: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00

Check-in at the office from 16:00 to 18:00 / 19:00 in summer

Check-out: until 11:00
Arrivals outside office hours: please request instructions for key collection.

To complete the check-in process, if it has not been completed online beforehand:

Provide identification documents for all guests

Pay a €150 security deposit and all additional services

Sign the rental contract

Collect the keys

Afterwards, guests will proceed to the accommodation.

House rules: Smoking and parties are not allowed. Hosting more people than indicated in the reservation is not permitted.
Additional paid services, subject to availability and prior agreement: late check-in/check-out, parking.

Accommodation rules:

• The accommodation must be left clean, tidy, and without damage
• Pets: only with prior authorization
